Data Deletion Instructions

Mystic Arcana respects your privacy. If you connected your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account to our services and want us to delete data associated with that connection, follow the instructions below.
How to Request Deletion
Email us at kjfswat@gmail.com with the subject line:
Meta Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Mystic Arcana account, if applicable
- The Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Threads account involved
- A brief description of what you want deleted
Optional: Revoke Access from Meta
You can also remove our app from your Meta-connected accounts to stop future data sharing.
Go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites or Business Integrations, find the connected app, and remove it.
If connected through Meta/Facebook, remove the connected app through your Meta account settings or connected business integrations.
What We Delete
Upon verification of your request, we will delete data under our control that is associated with your Meta connection, including as applicable:
- Access tokens
- App-scoped identifiers
- Connected social account metadata
- Scheduled posts and automation data stored in our systems
- Related logs and stored integration settings that can reasonably be tied to your request
What We May Retain
We may retain limited information where necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Maintain required financial or transaction records
- Keep anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate analytics
Processing Time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to identity verification and any legal retention requirements.
